Challenges – giving up sugar, first week was challenging – irritable and headachy as I was ridding my body of all the evil toxins. Thoughts about the IP food – it was great, such a big selection, can easily order food online and have it shipped right to the clinic for quick and easy pickup!! Awesome recipes, fabulous tips, great support. Pro’s about the IP Program – Real positive – you lose fat not muscle so I still had the stamina and energy that other diets don’t necessarily provide. Fitness: In late October I started walking ever day. I started with a few kms per day and now on any given day I will walk between 6 and 8 kms (4 -5x per week) Highlights/Thrills: Last week I turned 57 and easily completed a 36 km bike ride (from Cambridge to Paris and return) – completed ride in less than 2 hours. At this time last year I wouldn’t have even been able to complete 3 km. Goals: To maintain my weight loss and to complete another ride in September of this year from Cambridge to Brampton and return (60 kms) and I owe it ALL to the IDEAL PROTEIN PROGRAM!!!!
