My passion for health and wellness, coupled with my Exercise pathologist background and Athletic Coaching experience, led me to becoming a Registered Kinesiologist. I strongly believe in the necessity for an active lifestyle, encompassing a balance of all the compulsory
components of health and fitness.

Over the years, it has given me great satisfaction to pass along my existing knowledge and enthusiasm with the knowledge, skills, support, guidance and resources to assist and inspire my clients on their journey to a healthier life. Together we will transform your quality of life through active participation in regular fitness activities and the integration of guided fitness programs, to make your health goals become a reality, in a caring, fun, and dynamic environment.

In addition to being and avid Kinesiologist and Exercise Physiologist and participating in all the avenues of health and fitness, I have also embarked upon a Strength and Conditioning Coaching career focusing on young athletes. With my well-furnished awareness and skill in the field of fitness writing, I aspire to continue broadening people’s understanding of the importance of a healthy existence.
